Our fountain quit running, and we suspected a burned out pump. Called Paradise after researching lots of companies in the area. I called one other highly-rated company first, but they refused to come look at the job based on a photo of the fountain that I sent! Paradise was a pleasure to deal with. Courtney scheduled Bob to come take a look, and also scheduled another day for the work. Bob arrived on time (even 10 min early!) and was very thorough in inspecting the problem, explaining the work needed, and providing a detailed quote. Came back with a helper (sorry, didn't catch his name) and they completed the job in less than an hour and for $55 less than the quote! Very polite and left everything so clean. Gave me great advice for maintaining things. I forgot to ask one question, so emailed- got a very prompt reply. This is my go-to place now for any future problems!

Great service, super communication, one of the "good" guys in the fountain repair business. I called after hours as well as filled out the contact form on the internet explaining what the problem was with my in ground fountain. Tory got back to me first thing the next morning and scheduled a time for him to come out to look at and repair the problem. He was here when he said he would be, very efficient, and arranged for a new filter to be delivered two days later since he didn't have one to fit my pump. When Justin came with the new filter he went through the system to make sure everything was in tip-top shape. Both Tory and Justin could have told me I needed more extensive work to fix my system, but they run an honest company, and my fountain just needed a few minor things done. I could not have asked for anything more from communication, service, and peace of mind. I highly recommend Paradise Fountains and Pools.

Paradise Fountains is an excellent backyard water feature cleaning company. It is family owned. Tory and his dad have been out numerous times and always leave the fountain sparkling clean! They also helped me to solve my problem with bees drinking out of the fountain in the summer months. They provide prompt and excellent customer service!

Highly recommend this family owned company! Fixed our fountain with new pump and gave us expert advice to understand how it works and will have them do maintenance to keep fountain clean and the birds love it. Tory was prompt efficient, well versed in fountain mechanics and so helpful. They do provide service for whole valley, coming to Chandler twice a week. Give them a try, well worth it and very affordable.

Paradise Fountain has brought my fountain back to life. I tried cleaning it myself but it wasn't easy.
I set up a quarterly cleaning service and now my fountain looks and runs great! The birds love it too!
Service is prompt and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this local family business.

I never thought about reviewing our waterfall maintenance guy. We've been using Bob and his son Troy
for 3-4 years. Maybe longer. They have always answered our calls within a day and often are here the
same day I call. Just last Thursday our floater went out and we were the new owners of almost a pool on
the patio. Bob promised to be out first thing the next morning. Surprise! Troy fit me in about four hours later
and replaced the float.

Our backyard fountain has never been quite to our liking, with overspray and algae problems. Then, we had the good fortune to place a call to Paradise Fountain and Pool Service. They responded on the same day, and in short order got the fountain cleaned and running the way it should have been all along. We can't say enough good things about Tory, who understood right away what to do. These two, Tory and Bob, really provide great customer service, and are focused on getting the job done quickly, professionally and fairly priced. We give them the highest rating and recommendation.

I'm thrilled with the work Paradise Fountains did at my house. Their quote was specific, correct, and reasonable. They diagnosed the problem (fountain had been installed incorrectly ... center parts in the wrong order and weird flex-tubing), got me scheduled, took the whole thing apart (required major power tools), re-drilled, put it back together .... and discovered that some cretin had returned a blocked piece of PVC to the vendor ... so they had to start ALL OVER. Not a word of complaint from Bob the Tech (although I'd have been HOPPING MAD), rescheduled, and back in two days to DO THE WHOLE DARN THING AGAIN FROM TOP TO BOTTOM. No extra charge to me, no whining, and a fabulous result. The fountain still doesn't make as much noise as I want (wrong style, not bad tech), so I may have Bob take the center out and put something different in next fall ... but for the moment ... my fountain is happy and flowing!!! Yay Bob!!
